Alps, last summer, battering back down sun drenched trails from Switzerland back to France...38k day with eldest_OAB, and loved every single minute of the day in mega heat. Topped off when we arrived back at Les Gets swimming lake to finish the day - ice cream eaten while swimming.

Corrieyairick on C2C pre-kids, most relaxed, sunny(!) and best week on a bike ever. Midges - yes for 5 mins one day. Rain - yes, last hour of the fifth day. Cold - nope, 20*c most of the week. The day over the pass was just ace - I felt really strong, the descent sublime.

Don't have that many sadly. Had a couple of more recent pics but both Imageshack and Photobucket ate them. This one i found recently is from '95 and was my first ride after a two year break from pedal cycles. In a dirt jump comp no less. Which i won of course 😛
