no no no ... osteotomy were a fantastic nerdcore hip hop act from the early 90s based in Turkey.. they were very well recieved on the underground scene in Munich and Michigan.. one of their best numbers was 'talk about femoral head' a scathing attack on the embryonic rap industry of that time that people are so fond of confusing with hip hop in the present day..
