The brakes will mostly be OK, along with stem, bars and saddle. Though what kind of rotors mount in the fatty wheels?
What size seatpost does a fatty take?
Will all the derailleurs mount OK?
How about the gear set? I'll need a new BB...

Rear mech will fit. Front mech won't. You need an HDM front mech and an El Guapo HDM front mech with 100mm adaptor - the first two items on this search - http://www.on-one.co.uk/s?q=hdm
You will need a new crank and BB.
