Friday is treat day, so I've had grilled salmon, chips (yes chips, big ones), peas and a crunchie. Then 250ml of coke and a latte.

Rd, what was the kangaroo burger like?

Spicy chicken baguette from the office restaurant (/canteen) with some chilli flavoured McCoys crisps.

Had an emergency bacon and sausage bap mid morning too as was feeling wobbly after footy last night and no dinner.

Cheese & salami sandwich (on granary)
McCoy's Grilled Steak Crisps
P-nut M&M's (for afternoon snack- a small pack not the giant family ones!!)

I'm protein and carb loading for a week of Swiss adventure! 😀 And the small matter of a 9 hour drive tonight/ tomorrow. 😕 I suspect Dominos may feature for tea... In which case that will be a medium meat-and-chillies fest...
