I've a slightly loose axle in one of my pedals (Fattie Flatties Pukkas) I've removed the external and internal caps how do I get the axle out? Nothing obvious presents itself and I haven't found anything online.

Should be a circlip or nut keeping it in. Remove this and hit it out.

Hmm, just checked Sheldon Brown's site and the inside of my pedal don't have anything like that shown there. The end of the axle is round, no circlip or nut. The end of the axle is about 25mm from the outer edge of the casing.
