....for 4" tyres that don't weigh a ton. What are the best options?

I've been using Specialized 2.4-3.0" for 4 years now and had two punctures.

I started off using the Schwalbe ones when I built up my Puffin.

I had oodles of punctures over a really short period of time - I had 5 on one ride 🙁

Now this may have just been bad luck but I switched them out for Surly lite toobs. Yes they are heavier but I've not had a single puncture since (touches wood) and I can easily run sub 8psi.

Schwalbe 180 gram tubes and no punctures in 2 years.
