Just about to order a frame bag from alpkit and the size is either 8,9 or 10cm wide. This seems enormous and I'm tempted to get one of there regular frame bags at 6cm wide.
What did you go for? Extra width or leg clearance?

Dunno about for a fat bike but mine's 7cm wide I think, it's ok as it'll bulge out a bit, but your feet are wider apart on fat bikes with wide BBs. They're tapered bags though right? 80-100 in the front 1/4-1/3 may be ok if you're not climbing out of the saddle too often and need the space.
