Hope no one minds me plugging a free club ride thingy.

We have three routes 20/40/60 miles that will be lead by club members. There won't be any silly buggers and no ones out for a training ride, just three rides at appropriate paces.

Now this nest bits bound to go toes up! We're starting outside Energie gym at Liscombe Park. They have offered a free gym day to anyone riding with us i.e you could have a free swim afterwards, but that bit's outta my hands.

Ideal for newcomers or riders wanting to judge their fitness. The ride would suit Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Aylesbury and Woburn riders.

That is all.

No it isn't. I didn't make it clear that the ride has been set aside purely for new riders, so you won't be tagging along on someones 25mph pre race training session.

Bump....
Still on and the gym thing has been confirmed, they'll also be supplying cakes, coffee and pannini.

So it's a free open day with steady rides lead by a club member over 20/40/60 miles.
