Has anyone got either of these? How do they compare

I'm used to burgtec cloud saddle which is pretty flat and got on with it well... And also the wtb silverado which I got on with well but is a little to narrow

I'm thinking either the flat scoop or the shallow one any thoughts?

Will be the carbon version if that makes a difference

I’ve had the shallow and the radius , I never got on with the radius, the shallow is great, I’m also riding wtb Silverado and mk2 burgtec cloud, all pretty similar .. good comfort on all for me

Cool good to hear similar comfort off the 2 I've used

I've got a bony skinny arse so thinking I could get away with the flat one maybe

I had a flat on a cx bike for a while and I couldn't get on with it as it became painful, but not where you expect, it was out on my buttock. It appeared that because of the shape of the flat, I was catching the top edge of the base of the saddle and it was if it kept pinching my skin - and that's with a skinny arse.

My Slate came with a Radius and that is fine as is the Radius (I think) on my road bike, so I know the saddles suit me, normally.

Other thing is to check that your seatpost is capable of taking carbon rails. If you didn't know, they are often oval rather than round, so for some seatposts you need to buy a different cradle.

Cheers bud I've gone for a shallow one to be on the safe side... It still is quite flattish by the eye side by side so hopefully a little more comfy

I think it should be fine as my mates got the same saddle in carbon with the same seatpost
