New Fox 34 140mm won't give me anywhere near full travel, even running it 10psi under the 'right' amount (to achieve 25% sag) and backing off the compression damping. I'm not the most gnar rider in the world, but some of the stuff I rode last weekend should have got the fork past 90mm. I have let all the air out and it compresses completely.
Any ideas?

Have you tried running more sag?
They will 'bed in' a bit over the first few rides & soften up too.

No, LoCo, I haven't. But I will. Can I expect them to "bed in" that much? (BTW, they are F34 Factory, with spangly Kashima...)
