Just wanted to say that Extra have replaced (for free) the head of my Mountain Morph Pump which I had somehow managed to lose.

I think that this is exceptional customer service as the pump is well out off warranty.

I remember them going through boxes, and eventually finding me a pair of alternative cleats(missing from my pedals, should have come with two types) in the managers draw, rather than have me wait for the next shipment to arrive. Nice people.

I ordered some bars from a retailer who delivered the wrong ones. They were happy to have them returned, then order the correct ones from extra, and then send them to me. I wanted them as a Christmas gift so Extra just swapped the bars for me directly.

Top chaps.

Slightly OT - sorry - but what problems did you have with the Tracer? I've fallen in love with that frame and wondered how people were getting on with it? Thanks

Can I add to the Extra love-in with the fact they're currently being very helpful with a warranty issue on my intense.

Thier Maverick fork man Craig was really helpful over the phone and gave me some good tuning advice for my SC32's. Sadly, I understand they don't do Maverick forks any more ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Matt-P,

Nothing serious, just the chainline rubbed very slightly on one of the VPP bolts (due to them having a circlip as well as threaded bolt as well as grub screw keeping it in place!)

I believe Tracers now ship with a modified bolt that does away with the circlip. Either way, a quick call to Extra and they'll have a new bolt to you very quickly.

Cheers Mike. I took the plunge and ordered a frame - and have the same problem! I'll drop Extra a line and see what they can do.

How do you find the shock? I'm a bit surprised how much travel 'm blowing through.
