My charger failed last night, called them at 16.30 when found out my light wasnt charged, two year warranty so despite no receipt serial no. showed could get replacement. Can I pick it up tonight - yes someone will be here til 7.
When I got there replaced my mains only charger with new USB one -so charged light in car on way back and got a ride in tonight.
They may be a bit expensive (compared to torches from china ebay) but customer service awesomeness does it for me.
And they make electronic things - in Sussex!!
Similar feelings for Hope and anyone else making stuff in the UK

They pretty awesome, always lend me an extra light mount at races for a spare bike. Cheers!
Also had to have a new charger off them last week, no problems getting it either.
