While we're on about good customers service.

They fixed my race maxx for little money, called to apologise for it taking so long, over the christmas/snow period and had it back to me day after phone call.

Well done fellas and gals

Seconded.

I can't have fitted my (old model) light securely so it came breaking the circuit board. I was honest about the fault and they repaired foc under warranty. Which is why I have been a repeat customer.

yup the use guys are great ! champion service and a top product to boot ...

Sent them an order , rory phoned up and said "what you using this set up for mate " i tells him , he suggests a better set up . i cant quite stretch to it so he helps a little bit with the pricing and engraves them for me FOC

anything that can last strathpuffers 17 hours of darkness on a single charge is good enough for me !
