has anyone got the newest mk5 version of the maxx d? ive got one and was told the charging can take a minimum of between 12-14 hours using the smart charger thats now included (previously used to take 14-16 hours)
however, ive just charged mine from empty and it only took around 8 hours till the red charger led went green, you then have to trickle charge 1hour more for the remaining 10%, taking it to be about 9ish hours?
no biggie as i tested the run time of the light on full power and it ran for 3hrs 5mins, so over the max burn time, just odd with the charge times
as you can tell im bored 😉
any one? just to put my mind at ease that my charger isnt broken?!

was just intruiged as its a good 3-4 hours quicker than supposed charge time, if its working ok of course
send it back, it's working too well 😉
