Buy with confidence. Rate mine highly, no negatives I can think of.

awesome product, people will try to point you else where for the money, but to me its cable free, in itself worth £100 over other similar priced equivalents in lumens!

For balance, 2 of my mates have them, and have both had to send them back when they failed (one twice). But Exposure sorted them out quickly and without fuss AFAIK.

exposure lights are the best. IMO.

support and service is ace. Not that i've ever needed it.

I wouldn't have a light with cables if it was free.

I have an Enduro Maxx and have just sold my Maxx-D (on the list for a Troute Liberator). Whilst the battery / no cables is a big bonus it's also the reason I've sold the Maxx-D - my lights get a LOT of use and replaceable batteries are going to be cheaper in the long-run as batteries start to age and run-times get shorter and shorter (despite sticking rigidly to best charging practice etc)..

As above - my original Maxx-D failed twice and whilst it was sorted by their customer services my experiences both times weren't exactly as good as I'd expect. Both times turnaround was in the region of two weeks + (despite promises to the contrary) and required constant chasing, to a management level in one instance. I think they were the victims of their own success - the impression I got was that they were too busy to deal with things efficiently. Both times the failures were down to boards going leading to a complete collapse in run-times (20 minutes on full in both instances).

My 'final' Maxx-D was great - I got a piggy-back battery from Smudge for it to help with the battery life in the end but figured I may as well upgrade if I was going to faced with external batteries anyway.

If it's for the occasional winter night-ride then I don't think it'd be an issue but when you're looking at them being run for 3+ hours daily, 5 or 6 days a week then degradation starts to be a problem and price-wise they start to look uncompetitive...
