The threaded lens cover on my Flash light cracked last week; gave Exposure a phone and they said send it back and we'll have a look at it. I couldn't find any proof of purchase and honestly couldn't say if it was more or less than two years old but they replaced parts free of charge anyway, cleaned it up so it's like new and must have sent it back same day they got it. Very happy to see it back, brilliant wee things for commuting year round. Well done and thanks to the Exposure people.

+1 on great service. I sent back my Flare a month or so ago with contact issues, came back very quickly and as good as new.
