Hi all,
Gearing up for winter....so, the exposure Race Maxx 2 has a reduced max burn time, therefore batteries are failing to hold charge.

Anyone had any dealing with Exposure and replacement batteries. I'm no expert so I'm not going to open the thing and replace them myself.

Just wanted an idea of costing / return time on sending to them.
Yes....have mailed them but whilst I wait for the reply thought I would ask here too. 🙄
Thanks

they have my Enduro now - quoted my £70 for new batteries and a service
sent the light back a week ago today - quoted me a few days to turn it around

Customer service is excellent. Two in warranty issues sorted with no bother and very quickly.

I had my old enduro maxx repaired. Got it back within about 4-5 days.

I'm pretty sure this must be their busiest time of the year, so it might not be quite as quick a turnaround as it was for me.

Someone must know how they come apart?

My joystick was second hand and out of warranty, and the battery started playing up. Sent it off to them, they fixed it up, upgraded the switch, and got it back to me in the middle of winter, within a week. Cost: £0.

I was pretty happy with that.

I've had a few exposure lights and had quite a few issues, but they have all been resolved free of charge. That's not much conselation when you want a night ride and your lights are in the post or being repaired, or if you're miles away in the dark and one packs in. I've always had two lights ( bar and helmet ) so I've always got by when one has stopped working. I think that when they are working they take some beating, the burn times, output, weight etc. are always good and their ease of use is excellent.

My Flash / Flare battery charger stopped working and I sent that and the batteries back to them. They were replaced (I think - or if they were repaired, they were nicely valeted!) and sent back within about 3 days. Yes, it was within the warranty period, but very good communication and service nonetheless. I'd buy again from them.
