Hoping someone can offer some pearls of wisdom, just picked a new expoaure diablo up, followed the instructions but it doesnt seem to be charging?
Has anyone had any similar experiences? Or can offer any advice?

Does it have any battery/turn on?
light up when plugged in?
No trick to it, so I would just take it back to be fixed/swapped

No nothing and charger is Showing green

They usually come with partial charge
