....or make me stronger? This is my planned route for Thursday's day off in the sunshine. Any alteration suggestions? Or just tell the ambulance to wait at Dunkery...... 🙄

You should have come along last Saturday to oldfart's Easter Parade and used it as a "training ride" 😉

i have camped at burrowhayes farm a few times.
that route is a regular.
not to tough.

I've done pretty much that loop, it's in the killer category I would use the road to do the last bit of dunkery in order to fully enjoy the descent.

Would it be possible to post a link to a higher resolution copy of that route image please?
I narrowly missed out on the forum ride on exmoor last weekend due to some horrendous organisation on my part... but I would like to ride a loop in that area sometime over the next week or two and the one that you've posted looks about the same sort of distance and terrain as I would usually manage..

Looks OK but you can have a lot higher percentage of offroad in that area.
