Sent my Marta brake off in the post on Friday, under warranty and recieved it back in the post yesterday with a new mater cylinder FOC. Outstanding service IMHO.
(And royal mail did pretty well too... although they did deliver a parcel at 9:30 pm the night before!)

yeah I've had good service from them too, but as mine was 2nd hand it was a damned pricey repair!
Being as they wouldn't give me any inclination about the final cost before I sent it, I was left a little short of options...
Though all said and done, nice ppl to deal with...
I've always found them to be splndid. Fork service - post it off Monday, get it back Friday. And they'll always say "warranty" if bits need replacing IME.
here here for the fine chaps at Magura UK.... great service that backs up great products. they always exceed my expectations.
Always been excellent every time I've had to use them, sent me some reservoir seals for free and then when it turned out I had a different model sent the correct ones for free as well.
10/10 for Magura.

2007 Laurin with a dodgy damping cartridge returned within 5 days complete with 2008 internals foc. Very helpful to speak to on the phone too 🙂
