Can't get much better customer service than what I've just experienced from Endura Clothing. The waterproof seam tapes on my 3 1/2 yr old Flyte jacket started coming off, I dropped them an email and they said to post it to them with a look to repairing it.
8 days later a brand new one turned up in the post.
Good stuff.
Do you know if they do actual repairs...?
(Chargeable obviously).
I practically tore my Humvees in half along the crotch seem in a spill.
They said they'd look to repair it, maybe worth dropping customer services a line
do a google search on endura repairs and a phone number pops up you have to call.
my humvees have ripped along the crotch too so keep me updated
They do carry out repairs for a reasonable price too.
I sent my MT500 jacket back after a crash ripped my sleeve and I think they were going to charge me £16 plus postage for the repair.
I also asked them to look at a dodgy zip too and amazingly they replaced the jacket!
Not bad since it was nearly 2 years old.
Glad you've had good service, when I've contacted them with problems they've not been so interested and asked me to return the to where i bought them from.
