I'm fed up of ordering headsets and them not fitting, I thought it would be simple to find the answer, but apparently not.

I have a 2009 Cannondale Rize frame (carbon)

I have a 2011 Rockshox Revelation fork (1 1/8 steerer)

WHAT HEADSET DO I NEED?!?!
