I have an evil sovereign that I'm reviltising. As it has sliding drop outs, my mind wondered if I can use 650b wheels without causing riding: handling issues ?
Thanks ash

Yes stand over is reduced if that bothers you.

Bruneep, I wouldn't have thought the stand over will be an issue. Any other issues ?

You probably could but why would you want to? The short and slammed rear end is what makes the Sov so great. Just run it 26" and remind me of the biggest mistake I made in selling mine.

You might struggle with forks though- pretty sure the Sov has a straight head tube. Most 650b forks are tapered
