😀 character!
For some reason, it all reminds me of that guy who came on here to tell the story of how he took Superstar components to court. Sure he had a similar sort of bike.
Amazing 😉
It looks strangely fun.
Utterly ridiculous!
Saddlebag is way too far back.
A triple chainset!
Ah, Gosport. Makes perfect sense.
love that the fork uppers are fatter than the downtube!
Tyre logos don't line up with the rim decals, because of that I'm out!
Brings back memories of racing downhill in the 90's, it was quite a popular look...!
That's a proper parts bin build!
Wow just wow
If some of the threads on here are to be believed, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't delivered like that 🙂
THE LAWN........even a quick edge cut would help

Beat me to it!
Is this a stealth advert?
So which STW member does it belong to? Renton or Hora?
no mud guards?
I'm no expert on zoom upside down forks but I'm thinking, nose heavy.
no questions yet ? I'm disappointed
The bottle cage and six speed cassette nail it.
Saddle pack and tripe clamps? It's the reverse mullet of bikes.

Wow... just wow
I wonder if he built it like that because it's a 'state of mind' like the tw*t with the wheels a while back.
THE LAWN........even a quick edge cut would help
That was the cherry atop the already overly iced gateau!
CARBON FIBRE FRAME THAT WAS STRIPPED AND REPAINTED
Say what?
That is the most hardcore hardtail whippet I have ever seen.
Teamslug was that the guy with the Phil wood track hubs laced wierdly? As it was his "strong belief" it was better? If so that was one of the best threads in ages and I bet he was gutted when they sold for peanuts lol.
It scares me.
saw this whilst Looking for a cheap bike for a pal and 😯 at it. I think they are selling more appropriate forks with it, but makes you wonder if it has actually been ridden with those forks, for that reason I was out. Makes you wonder what / if they were thinking when they thought selling it with those forks on was a good idea. Didn't read the jibberjabber, suspect it may be bad.
Is it a 458?
THIS IS A VERY SPECIAL BUILD
Oh yes, yes it is.
(Why do they always say that in these types of ads??)
"SMALL BAD ON SADDLE FOR TOOLS" Am I missing something? Not sure I like the sound of that.

It's an on one so what he actually means is the original paint all fell off

I think it was a "belief system". Dick.
This is all kinds of awsums.

Following that thread the owner of those wheels sent me numerous emails. I had to block him, he must have been really pissed off 🙂
£44 in Bristol, about the same as a 1/4 bag of what you have to be smoking to want it.
That would make a great window display though. Or workshop wall art.

WHHELSET IS ACTUALLY ALEX RIMS RE-BADGED HALO FREEDOM DISC
Why would you do this??
JUST A QUICK NOTE-EVERYTHING ON THE BIKE HAS BEEN PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 6-8 MONTHS AND IS PRACTICALLY ALL NEW - [s]CRANK[/s]CRACK WAS USED.
Fixed that for him.
Not quite in the same league as the OP, but I'm loving this guy's optimism..

Got a link to the thread ? I missed it, sounds fun 🙂
Hmm, some interesting details on that Specialized, Fox Rear Shock serviced by Rockshox? What's that magnet for on the front wheel?
Who'd call their bike a TSUDWAS and why?
Who puts a washing machine in the middle?
Who puts a washing machine in the kitchen?
Anyone got a link to the wheel thread? I remember reading the first part of the thread and the ebay ad but didn't see the conclusion?
Who puts a washing machine in the kitchen?
Where else would it go?
The utility room, surely?
Here's the passive aggressive wheel thread.
The utility room, surely?
And if you're in one of the millions of houses (and every single flat?) that don't have one?
Or is this back to the middle class thread? It lives in whichever room you keep Toby and Jocosta's skis, (horse) riding kit and dad's artisan homebrew setup and boutique axe? 😉
You make a joke about it when someone asks 'where else would it go?' on a forum 🙂
[edit] yes it was a reference to the middle class thread.
Following on from the fat bike thread

Ow that fat bike looks cheap and nasty!!!!!
White rims look Essex
Different angle, but still admiring the work.
I don't get it...
She's cute 😈
The bottle cage and six speed cassette nail it.
Cage is in the most aero position in fairness 🙂
