How big is it? Looks at lots of vids etc, but I can get no idea of scale. Is it a small place? Does it get busy?

I have family down there, so I would like to check it out at some point.

its small area but 3 or 4 main runs and a mini slopestyle area really does pack a lot in to a small space

keep you busy for 4 or 5 hours easily

It's not a big area - maybe 50m x 75m max, but there's a lot stuffed in there. All the trails flow really nicely. Fun for a long morning occasionally, once you get over the slight "playpen" feeling.

The "Escher Shore" gag isn't too untrue...!

It is very compact.

They are planning on removing the jump park bit and making a Blue area and a Red area.

You can certainly spend a good few hours there without noticing where the time has gone.

Not been to Chicksands but to begin with, much smaller.
