Is it actually going to be any more aero than a 'normal' f&f? AND the flex is going to reduce efficiency counteracting any aerodynamic gains?

That will snap at one or both of the top tube interfaces and maybe even the stays. Ridiculous. Nice colour though.

It would appear that you've lost your house...

Bet that guy was crap at dot to dot puzzles when he was a kid.

Some freak bikes are meant to be freaks, but this is different... Anyone who remembers the tv show "tomorrows world" will recall how every year someone trys to improve on the very tried and tested double diamond. It gives spoddy ****s a bad name.

Oh jebus. I just put 'hairy arse' into images.google.com with the intention of finding a witty image to post here to help describe what I think of that bike.

I'll not post any of the images that it returned as it's made me feel quite ill. If you're feeling brave give it a try.

I've given myself a headache trying to work out how the forces acting on the headtube and toptube differ from a normal bike .........time for bed 😐

It is different, but nothing has been achieved there that couldn't have been achieved more effectively using a conventional frame and fork for less weight. Form over function to me, but that's not to say I don't like it.

Unless he's done something special with the frame that's going to snap very soon indeed.
I'd be wanting to put a tensioning cable as the down tube to at least stop the 'triangle' opening up. That would be trick maybe.
Rear stays, not sure, but if he is getting pedal bob on that frame he's going to have to sort his welds I'd think.

Oh and LOL at tonyd.

It looks like the front tyre would touch the underside of the steerer tube under heavy braking, that's if the top tube/head tube weld didn't snap first.
