The trailer might be an issue in tight gaps.
Frame looks nice, but the wheels ! ๐ฏ like a ballerina in bovver boots ๐
That is bonkers on a few levels, but also lovely.
Ooh. Looks like one of epicyclo's creations. Love it.
Very nice
black sheep?
Black saddle with brown grips?
tazzymtb - Memberblack sheep?
Looks like One of James's to me. ๐
chain looks a bit slack
Does look pretty. Shame the stem sits on top of the fork - would be nicer if it was somehow incorporated into the fork.
Where does the pannier rack fit?
Like it.
Gorgeous
This is my favourite creation from James. ๐

That'd be nice with a proper fork
Aarggg my eyes, quick pass the eye bleach!
Uh-oh! The spaghetti factory has exploded again!
I do quite like it. Shame they had to put that horrible looking bike in the way so you can't see the rack properly.
Beauty truly is in the eye of the beholder.
that bike is uglier than me........ ๐

Keyser Soze?
It probably is a lovely bike but, for some unknown reason, I shudder when I see the curvy seat stay/seat tube thing going on. Sorry.
Ton, are you Kevin Spacey?
Lovely looking bike!
I've asked before but never got an answer, how so truss forks ride?
Ton, are you Kevin Spacey?
: )
That bike leaves me very cold.. and I have curvy trussed-up ugliness under me regularly too. But it's custom, so someone loves it : )
Hi Ned,
Ive been looking at a similar build from Black sheep cycles or the jeff jones alternative. Did you just send them your measurements or have a test ride before ?.
What wheels have you got there ?
cheers
God, it's not mine! ๐
I was looking for options for custom forks and ended up on the Black Sheep website.
It is beautiful, and I'd love one, but I'd need a good slice more money than I've got before I could justify to myself buying one of them.
never did see the point in floyds.
Though happy days if you're ordering!
If I was, I'd be picking up the phone and chatting, maybe swapping a European holiday for something stateside and having a play before ordering. You'd get more custom bang for your custom buck if you've tried one, James knows what you're after from it etc...
what are floyds, t_r?
Very brave leaving it outside Waitrose unlocked.
What's the bike in the bikeradar pics?
[quote=nedrapier ]what are floyds, t_r?
Black Floyds - the fatty "road tyre". Epicyclo has used them to very good advantage.
Ive been looking at a similar build from Black sheep cycles
Email or ring James then.
He's quite helpfull.
Be prepared to wait a lot longer than he tells you'll have to.
If he tells you 3 months you'll be looking at 6 months minimum.
He's built 3 frames for me in the past and every one was an excersise in frustration.
Oh and don't be surprised if he stops answering emails/phone calls when he's a couple of months late finishing your build. ๐
Some build pics from my first one.
