[Closed] Epiphany - Where can I shed some weight?

Just taken delivery of this, it’s a tad heavier than I thought it would be, a lot of builds I have seen are around 24-26 lbs, mine seems to tip the scales at circa 29, any ideas where the weight could be? Ideally I would like to shave around 3lbs off, circa 25-26 would be ideal. My main thoughts were obv the wheels, brakes and rotors. Either that or are the older xtr cranks heavy compared to the new ones? Ellsworth Epiphany size M black ano frame. I have the same problem with my Ti Brompton...

... when it's folded it feels like a block of concrete and unfolded it's the lightest bike in the universe.

Just the Ellsworth now.... this one will be staying, Im done with fettling with bikes. I built up a very nice 456 Ti, but my surgeon and other health professionals said a HT would be too harsh once I have had spine surgery so I needed some bounce, shame as I really wanted to get back onto a HT and keep it simple. Bang goes that idea!! so in a way my choice to a point was made for me. Put new brakes and pedals on, its around 28 lbs which I am happy with!
