Are these guys still in business?
I bought a SRAM Bleed Kit from them a couple of weeks ago (Christmas present for son #1). Priority shipping which they sate is 1-2 days. Still no sign of it. No reply from various emails I've sent them either, which is annoying. Anyone had/having similar experience from Epic Bleed Solutions?
Still very active on ebay... Check feedback and you will see lots every day for last month. I use them quite a bit (not recently though). Emails can get caught in spam filters etc so they just may not have seen it. Could always try contacting them on Facebook if you have a login.

Bought a Sram bleed kit about two weeks ago came the next day great service I thought .
I emailed them last week and they responded quickly. Had a couple of items from them in the past, always very good, and just ordered another bleed kit.
Similar experience to other posters, communications last week great and item arrived quick time. I'm sure all is fine.

It's literally one dude, I've been out riding with him, he's a good feller. So I wouldn't worry about getting ripped off or whatever but obviously that's no help with just not getting your thing.
Another, "yeah they've been good for me" from me too. Mistakes happen.
Recently bought a top cap spanner, no issues.
Yeah, friendly & fast response when i had a query and shipped fast. Maybe lost in the Christmas post?
