Bit worried now! Never been to an "event" before, and realising i need to get some serious running miles in, not something i currently do much of. I'll be happy to finish the thing in one piece, any one else doing it?

When is it? Doing the Sherwood pines one next weekend, and the CYB one the weekend after, so another one would be cool!

Hilly running - nothing in W/Latter is flat.

Expensive, isn't it?

Andy_K, One piece of advice would be to practice running after a hard cycle. It is a very bizarre feeling, it feels like you are running on someone else's legs! Also watch how much fluid you drink on the bike as you will still have to do another run after the cycling leg,
Hope that helps.....

yeah, but i'm not going to comps every weekend, so i'm not too bothered. It's a one-off for me.
