Anyone used the enduro wiper seals from the states and if so how good are they compared to the fox originals? Iv got a pair but not sure whether to use them or buy new fox ones. cheers ( 32mm floats )
I've got some on some f29's, after six sloppy months they're fine, and the oil was like new when I opened em up for a lowers service after three months, all good so far 😀
'New' Fox/Skf seals, less 'stiction' and seal fine too as long as you look after them.
much better than original Fox, apparently not as good as the latest Fox (what loco is referring to).
I found Enduro seals very sticky, even after they were worn in.
stuck the enduro ones on, like above seem sticky but work well maybe next time ill go new fox ones
I put some on a pair of a second hand set of Pikes as part of a service before using them. Kept the dirt out but added a lot of stiction. However I didn't realise until I replaced them with original Rockshox seals - it was like night and day. Stear clear unless you ride underwater.
