I have some of the Hollowtech 2 bearings (via CRC and their bearing pack). There are no instructions with the bearings.... does anyone have a step by step guide? I guess I could just bodge it...
I've changed quite a few BB's using Enduro bearings (bought direct from states). What do you need to know, and what's their bearing pack consist of?
This will help, but I think there is something specific about the enduro bearings...

Enduroforkseals have fitting instructions on the website AFAIK
Contents are two bearings and a several seals. Not sure if all the seals are required or not.
I have an old XT BB. Guess I pull the thing apart and make it up from there - do I need to keep the external plastic top hat?
I think you remove the top hat for the enduro bearings(you need to google it though to be sure), the guide I linked you too shows how to get it all appart...
Nope you don't need the top-hat as the Enduro bearings have the same inner diameter as your spindle.
Red seals are for RaceFace BB's and Blue seals are for Shimano.
I just drift the old bearings out of the cups (with 6mm pin punch and 1/2lb hammer), clean up and then press the new bearings in. I do have the press for doing this but you could quite easily get away with using a vice and some hard wood blocks.
Did you buy the Ceramic bearings?? Couldn't see that CRC are stocking the standard steel bearings yet.
I got steal ones from CRC couple of weeks ago.
