Can you guys suggest some typical bikes for Gravity enduro? I was thinking along the lines of 160mm travel, sub 69 HA and some DH tyres
Spesh enduro or stumpy evo, np mega, orange alpine or five, cotic rocket, lapierre spicy/zesty, Commencal meta am, cube stereo, intense tracer, Santa cruz blur (trc, tr, lt, ltc), yeti sb66,asr5,canyon strive, yt wicked.
Plenty more to choose from and not many dogs these days.

Plenty out there as 160 /26 enduro/all mountain seems to be the "other" big thing at the side of 29ers
You don't necessarily need 160mm of travel for GEs. Anything around 140-160mm will be good. Instead of sub 69 degree, you should be looking at sub 67 degree, more like 66 degree with the head angle.
Steve's list above is pretty comprehensive really but I will add the MDE Carve 6 to it*. You can go custom on the geometry with it too.
*I am biased but I'm not lying when I say that it's a fast bike
