Hi all
I have entered the winter series enduro event in Bagshot later this month. However, there was some problem with the website post payment and it has not recognised that payment has been made. I have used the contact function of the website and called the phone number to sort this out by giving the PayPal transaction number etc but have not heard back!
Anyone have any experiences with these events? Sure it's all legit but just worried that the race date is approaching and I've heard nothing as yet!
Any thoughts or experiences welcome

Hello there, done a load of these events so no worries about it being all legit! Carlos is normally pretty good at getting back with queries, although I did have one time when there was a bit of a delay, think he's quite a busy chap and struggles to stay on top of all the queries sometimes.
Seem to recall that the coms ramp up closer to race day so not sure if the mailbox is always monitored, I'd say wait it out, I'm sure Carlos will get you sorted one way or another.
Same here, Carlos may take a while at times to get back to you but he'll make sure you're sorted.
