Need to get some sort of liner for my endura shorts.

Are the 8 panel clickfast worth the extra dosh over the standard type?

Or should I forget the clickfast system and just get the mesh boxer?

Any advice would be great cheers

The clickfast mesh liners are good. Very comfy and lasting well so far. I got the cheap boxers once and they're rubbish, coolmax or something I think. I've never tried the 8 panel ones so can't comment if they're better or worth the extra.

I just bought 4 more of the mesh liners last week actually.

DHBs from wiggle are pretty good

A friend has the Endura liners that have a mesh panel running the length of the front. I think its the 8 panel version & he rates them highly.

I have the non mesh panel ones which came with my Humvees and some DHB ones. Out of the two I prefer the Endura ones as they seem to offer more comfort over longer day rides.

I have the 8 panel clickfast shorts and although they are comfortable and durable I wouldn't buy them again.
Given the choice I choose to wear my old Lusso shorts.
I just find a non-integrated liner short a bit more practical.
You can't tuck a base layer in between the shorts and the liner and also if you stop to pee the clickfast studs come undone and it's a real pain to refit them whilst still wearing the shorts.

I never bother with the clickfast bit on mine. They'd be too low and baggy round the crotch if I did.

Thumbs up for clickfast from me, I have one pair of 8 panel which are just a bit nicer to wear than the 6 panel. Not much in it though...
