Does anyone have a good route round here? Ideally about 30km

There was one in the mag a few months ago IIRC...
Someone should be able to point you in the right direction...

the obvious long route is the Addingham - Skipton - Flasby - Rylstone - Barden Moor - Bolton Abbey circuit. On Barden Moor you can detour to Embsay Crag and then rejoin the route by the road climb thru Embsay and Eastby.
