With cooler days on the way and not wanting to go to leg warmers/ tights just yet, can anyone recommend a good embrocation? 🙂

Nature's Kiss Hot Stuff is excellent, it's a cream rather than an oil, so you don't end up with shiny legs. You really don't need much to keep your joints warm, I use it for racing in winter.
