Ended up being a bit of an epic. 5.5 hours, 2 hours pushing through snow and bogs. Just short of 5000 feet of climbing and just over 52ks. I've done most of this route before, and I was sure it would be clear of snow as it's so much lower than the Brecons.

I only include this one as it was taken on the top of the moor after Frank (left) has just told Dave (right)it's 5k till we hit the road and we've only managed 4k in the last hour. Dave can't feel his feet at this point. Proper riding that.

Great photos, thanks. Proper mountainbiking. I did the Red Kite Trail years ago, and have ridden in the Elan Valley since. Love it, and love the dams.
