It is worth going to Switchbacks for Danny's guiding, he is a really nice helpful bloke, despite being a superstar, and when he's shown you the way you get to watch him do mental stuff...

Looking at that not sure what options are.
People ride rad on clips because you can unclip it's not that hard despite what flatties think.
Yup, I bail out from clipped in all the time - its so fast it does not require thinking time. Like blinking really.
I would also reckon that he would get some help building up his speed by being clipped in.
But you are right - he hasnt got much in the way of Options 🙂
