[Closed] Effective Seat tube angle?

Looking at a bike with geometry stated as;

Seat tube angle 70.5
Effective STA 75.5

Can someone explain please?

Some seat tubes are offset at the bb.Some are bent.Some are both.Effective seat angle is the measured through the centre of the bb and with the seat at a nominal/average height.
