[Closed] Edge Explore out front mount
Looking for recommendations for a non Garmin out front mount. Reviews seem mixed so looking for real world advice.
I got one of these for my Edge Explore. Does the job and you can mount it out front or flip it over and have the GPS over the top cap.
K-Edge XL out front fits an Edge Explore fine, i have 2 on my road bikes, little bit expensive at £45+
Cheaper alternative is a Contrast XL mount, ive got one on my gravel bike, just as good as a K-Edge and less than half the price of the K-Edge

Fits all bar sizes. Holds a garmin... What more do you need?
Not sure if that fits 35mm bars, will have a look

Run them on most of my bikes. Can be adjusted so takes larger and smaller units easily. Never had it slip. Sits in line with the stem so is aero/looks better on the road bike.

It does - I've got one. Came with the Edge Explore.
The SRAM one linked above is good but a tight squeeze. Best is the Garmin Edge Extended Out Front Bike Mount which puts the Explore up a litle higher and is more solid.
In the spirit of not answering the actual question, I like these.
Not brilliant to read in bright light, but tucked out of the way. I prefer them on the top tube on my enduro type bikes… Toptube mount
