It keeps turn off whilst i'm riding ,normally on bunpy descents
About 2 years old ...anyone else had this problem?? 😥

have a search, something about dodgy battery connectors. They get bent or something. I don't have one but have seen enough threads where people with similar symptoms have commented.
hardware issue, common fault, known about by garmin. something to do with battery contacts afaik.
they fixed mine (read gave me a reconditioned one) under warranty after 11 months two weeks!
not sure you'd have any luck getting a free repair after two years, but i did hear a rumour that they do a fixed price repair for significantly less than a new one.
There was a similar thread about this last week gone.
Apparently Tracklogs ( the digital mapping peeps ) has sorted out an answer to prob's. with advice on how to firm up the batteries and it will cure it apparently.
Google them, go to their gps advice bit and have a dig.....
or seach this site for last week's anser. Someone answered the thread from them and gave a link.

garmin repaired mrsmw's after a couple of years under warranty, give them a call they are extremely helpful
