unless you like 'sessioning', I think it's best to incorporate it into a longer ride as I did, as it's very short at present, and took us just 1h15m to do red and black<<shivver>> runs and eat our lunch 🙂
I recommend you [b]not[/b] avoid the qualifier on the black run as I did (due to inability) as it's a fair warning of what lies ahead!
PS I've just noticed there's an off road route from Wallbank to Cowm res, mostly BW 🙂
