I've rarely used this shop as it is a bit roadie focused, however my SRAM shifter developed a problem on the first ride on my new Solaris so I dropped it in there on Tuesday to let them take a look. I had a call yesterday to say that they had been onto SRAM and had been sent a brand new shifter and they fitted it for me F.O.C!
The shifters weren't even new (classified purchase off here) but they wouldn't take my money so it looks like I'll have to pay them in biscuits!
