So the Children's Secretary has been prosecuted for using his mobile phone whilst driving, with his children in the car. - mmmmmm a little ironic.

People (and I include myself in this) really are stupid aren't they - we all do the daftest things and are then all surprised when the rest of the world say 'hang on a minute!'.
