Does a frame which takes an EBB have to be run with an EBB or can I use a normal BB until I decide to SS it? (normal ss dropouts/bolts/tugnuts are getting on my tits)
I've a feeling I may have asked this before when I first looked at buying an SS but can't find any record of the thread...

The normal BB fits into the EBB. All the EBB does is allow you to adjust the tension of your chain.
It makes the backend of the bike much neater too
