planning a trip with mates and thinking that we'd spend most of the day playing around the red/black. Is there a cafe or shop to get a sandwich at any of the villages/car parks a nothing coming up via google

thanks

Good pub near the bottom car park but check opening times and food serving times as we've been caught out before.

Also, little community run shop in the village further down with a good but slightly strange selection of products

Sadly the shack has gone elsewhere.

The Pub near the entrance of the Red Trail is pretty good, lovely beer garden over looking a river.

OK so sounds like the lower car park being referred to is abergorlech end and that's the pub which is best option. Ta

+1 million for the Black Lion in Abergorlech (Red Trail car park). The landlord (hopefully still the same guy, we moved away in early '15) was a really friendly chap. Great food and atmosphere.
