I'm trying to find out more about this enduro, does anyone have a link I can follow for entering the race and other details? Cheers ๐Ÿ˜€

Whats the best type of bike for this event ?

Thanks

The best place to get info is their facebook page and southerndownhill... Steve Parr posts in here sometimes as well. It's part of the 661 Gravity Enduro series, you should be able to find links to the 1st round at Ae around here.

Standard issue 5-6 inch "big bike" seems to be the order of the day, round one was lots of red trail centre trails plus a muddy death-flume down the Ae downhill so you want an allrounder. I'm planning on doing the Innerleithen round and I'll be taking my Hemlock, no doubt (using it tomorrow for the Innerleithen Classic Enduro after all)

Should be a good event!

No worries! You'll probably not hear back from them on any questions just now as Tally and Steve were both at the Innerleithen Classic today I think.

Northwind is quite correct - the lads were competing at Inners ๐Ÿ™‚

Fire away with your questions, although I think Northwind has pointed you in right direction, join the FB page UK Gravity Enduro and we message all memebrs when we do reccies day's at venues.
Both Tally and Myself were at Inners Enduro, bloody hell what crackin trails too!, unfortunately the chest infection/flu I thought I'd shaken came back with vengance on Saturday afternoon and I could'nt race :(.
The trails were that good we have had a rethink on stage 4 of our event, stage 4 will now be [b]red route into Classic bring on July
