Wrong wrong wrong, phone is going with a steady stream of New Year come apology messages. Look, its either one year too late or one day too early. Perhaps sending a message at some point tomorrow when it actually is might be better.

Why dont people just wait until tomorrow instead?

maybe it's their way of showing that they hate you, by not wanting to actually stop boozing long enough to contact you later ๐Ÿ˜€

Even worse are those that text you just after midnight, but the system gets so bottlenecked you don't get the messages coming through until the early hours of the morning when you're (trying to be) asleep.
