Excellent, proper old skool, video just posted up by Hans Rey on Twitter:

In his words:
"...Extreme Mountain Bike Video from 1995 by Eddie Roman, check the link:
."
I like! .. and I think it goes to prove that it's who is on the bike that matters.
Totally loved it. You are totally right it is all down to rider skill.
The second link doesnt work though.
Matt
Mat Hoffman, Tim Fuzzy Hall, Brian Lopes, Chad Herrington, Eric Carter, Hans Rey, Dave Voelker, Ryan Vanderveen, Todd Lyons, Alan Foster
That's some SERIOUS name checking there!
Excellent that... managed to keep my attention the whole way thru unlike most biking vids on the net.
Blimey, I got that on VHS somewhere, tis good
Sorry Bikey, been out.
That second link is the same as the first ... it is just as it appears in his message. You're not missing anything.
That made my day. Amazing stuff.
that was brilliant, thank you!
great call!! loved it!
Amazing. Strange how watching stuff like that gives you the feeling that you can do it too. Usually this feeling disappears half way through the first set of doubles.........
awesome.
great old skool music too.....
eddie roman posted that up himself on facebook 🙂 🙂
That's awesome.
RADTASTIC DUDES.
Amazing what they could do "back in the day"
I could do "arials" and the like in 1983 on a BMX, but nowt compared to these guys.
Loved the constant stream of trashed rims! That Mat Hoffman footage is classic too. Whatever happened to Chad Herrington? He was like the Cam McCaul of his day!
There was a good documentry about him on the extreme sports channel a few weeks back.
